II-PAYMENT METHODS:
1.Cash On Delivery:
Only applied to shipping addresses in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City.
2.Bank Transfer:

c. Account Number: 1598459.
Note:
– please include your name, and order ID in the bank transfer memo.
– please complete your transfer payment within 48h after successfully placing your order.
– bank transfer fee (if incurred) will be paid by customer.
3. Payment Card:
Visa, Master or Vietnamese Domestic ATM Cards.

b. Process of Delivery:
– Shipping company will contact and attempt to deliver your order 02 times maximum.
– In case the first delivery attempt fails, shipping company will contact you in the next 24h to schedule the second attempt.
– If we or shipping company cannot contact you by any means or do not receive any replies from you, your order will be discarded.
– At the time of delivery, customer can check the condition and quantity of all the products in your order.
– With pre-paid orders, please present your ID (National ID or Driver License, etc.) to receive your order.
c. Time of Handling and Delivery: (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not counted)
– Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi: 1-2 business days.
– Other cities and provinces: 2-5 business days if the shipping address locates at central district/area of the cities/provinces. If the shipping address is in rural area, delivery time will be longer. In case customer check-outs order by bank transfer or card payment, handling and delivery time will be counted starting from when order is confirmed paid.

-We guarantee published quality standard of our products (composition, expiry…printed on packaging) and its compliance with required food safety regulations.
-We promise to deliver the products in good conditions and in correct quantity. Please help inspect the products carefully at the time of delivery. If there is any damage to the products or if customer has any complaints about the service, kindly contact us. We will provide support and help you resolve the issue right away.
